OPTN Policies and Bylaws web content updated to reflect recent changes

The Policies and Bylaws section of the OPTN website has been updated to reflect recently enacted changes to governance documents. This includes a division of the previous OPTN bylaws into two sections:

• OPTN Bylaws, which focus on the structure and roles of the OPTN Board of Directors and the OPTN governance process
• OPTN Management and Membership Policies, which address OPTN committees and the policy-making process as well as requirements and standards for OPTN membership

Existing OPTN policies remain as their own document. These policies address operational aspects of OPTN activities in areas such as organ allocation, data collection and data reporting.

Other related content on the OPTN website is being updated to refer and link to the new structure as applicable.
