All OPTN winter regional meetings to be held virtually; previously postponed meetings will be rescheduled

All OPTN winter 2025 regional meetings will now be held entirely virtually. If you have registered for in-person attendance, you will receive individual follow-up regarding the cancellation of the in-person component. If you still wish to attend, please register for the virtual session.

Links to register virtually for Regions 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11 are available through the Regional meetings page on the OPTN website. The dates for those meetings remain as originally planned.

The meetings for Regions 2, 4, 9 and 10 had been postponed. They will be rescheduled for virtual attendance, and the new dates will be posted to the Regional meetings page in the coming days/weeks.
