How to apply: OPTN Committees

Anyone may apply to serve on an OPTN Committee as a volunteer. To apply, please complete the committee volunteer interest form. You must complete all required fields to submit the form.

In addition, you may complete a new form at any time.

If you are interested in serving on an OPTN Committee and need assistance accessing or submitting a OPTN committee volunteer interest form, please contact OPTNBoardSupport@air.org.
